Battery replacement: I was charged for a “we keep our new batteries charged for you” policy. Calling the lie now. New batteries don’t and shouldn’t need “upkeep charging”. What they did was over-charge me for a new battery so that when I bring in the old one for reimbursement it’s a wash and I end up paying full price. Also, I know the “we charge the battery monthly” is a lie because new batteries come with factory tight plastic covers and I had to tear and rip them off like it had never been touched.
