Dakota and the rest of the staff provide excellent customer service. If they don't have the part in stock, they will find it and order it for you or find the closest store that has it. They have gotten me out of a bind on several occasions.
The afternoon employees are stupid and lack knowledge. How the hell do they tell customers that this is removed by hand, that's why they make a tool. They told 2 customers the same thing. I had to go in person to buy the tool.
They will get you what you need They will keep their word. They did for me.
