I went to this location because my car stalled out of nowhere in the bimart parking lot. Im not from the area so I was a little freaked out. I had someone jump my car and went over to O'Reilly. The ast. Manager, Lu, was so helpful and personable, that I felt safe and cared for in a scary situation. She turned a bad experience into a wonderful display of a kind human kindness.
The staff there are knowledgeable and always willing to help with your automotive needs. They give discounts in your email accordingly to what you spend there. Military discount as well. Only place I shop.
Kevin went above and beyond to help me with car troubles and I really appreciate the effort. It's hard to find knowledgeable people who are willing to go the extra mile to help another person, nowadays, so I respect that a lot.
Traveling across the United States needed a headlight installed . The Young man was very helpful. Courteous and polite. Did a great job and got me back on the road.
