I have never had a bad experience at this O'Reilly's till today. I'm a regular customer. Ordered parts through them etc. Customer service was always great. I bring my dog in. I have been asked many times to bring him anytime I am coming back. Today a fat guy I have never dealt with until today told me my dog is not allowed in here and I have to put him in my car before I could continue. I got back in my car and left. I will not be a returning customer.
I always like to go there but the last time I experienced was real bad I was told to keep coming back my part would be there I got five rides did you get my parts did not tell me it was postponed the last delivery I decided to call she kept putting me on hold I kept calling she never came back to the phone I was shocked Kingston it was stressful getting rides it will be there it was never there
I love this store very helpful thank you for putting my new windshield wipers on theyvare great.
