New to the area, I came in to see about testing my alternator and battery, as jumping my vehicle daily has become common. 2 employees greeted me with smiles.. Lewis, asked a young man if he would test my F-150. Kindly, he retrieved a device and both were tested in short order and found my battery had gone bad. Been working with a lot of the staff past week dealing with critical breakdown. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and overall some of the best auto parts employees I've dealt with.

Don't take your rotors here to be surfaced. I took in a rotor that was not warped but I wanted to clean the finish up. I waited around for 3 hours while they kept taking more and more off telling me it was still warped. Finally told them just to pull it off, assuming they got it set up out of plane and probably ruined it. They wanted to charge me for the work they did ruining it, said no thanks and bought a new one at Napa.
