Lazy staff who couldn’t be bothered to help with a simple task of locating a product
Depends who helps you at the counter. & alwayz doubble check your parts B4 paying for parts. As new can still be defective. Never has what they say they have instock. After driving 40miles each way I've been told we have to order it 3 times in a row in the last 2 weeks. I'm so done with them I guess Amazon it is.
Went to get a fog light bulb, sold me the wrong one, I took it back they gave me the right one it was defective. I called them to tell them I was unhappy about the whole situation they didn't care told me it must be my wire harness going to the light. Took it to my mechanic nope bad bulb cost me $25.00 to find out their bulb was defective. Took it back let them know they should be paying for my mechanic they said no, now you need to understand I live 25 miles from O'Reilly Auto Parts so now I have 125 miles wrapped up along ... read more
