Luke was very helpful on Sunday June 22, 2025. My family and I were traveling to KY when our transmission overheated. I was able to limp my SUV to the closest parts store to attemp to fix it. I diagnosed the issue in the parking lot. It was the transmission line valve failing to function as designed. I needed a transmission line bypass valve which this location did not have. Great location, super helpful staff! My car had a rubber flap coming off under the engine on the freeway making an awful sound, I pulled off and made my way to OReilly's, being the closest possible salvation. Izayah took a look under my car and made a recommendation. I bought some zip ties and he went and put it back into place for me. Thank you so much for helping me, made my day much less stressful!
