I thought I needed new wiper blades for my 2019 Ford Ranger, that I bought 6 months ago. Willie helped me find the correct blades and was going to help me replace them, he noticed the dealership left the plastic clips on the blades. He offered to remove them, had me try the blades and they worked perfectly! He asked me if I would like to return the ones I just purchased. He was super friendly and very helpful!
