If possible, I will never set foot in this store again.... the know it all attitude I recieved from both employees was unnecessary...one of the employees even claimed to be the owner while also slandering another well known and highly rated auto parts dealer. Do better Oriellys...
Everyone is working when I come in. Store is really clean bathrooms are nice as well
I always recommend O'Reillys. I love their business and products. Their prices are lower than napa, and they offer lifetime warrantys on most of their items.
The O'Reilly's store in NP is outstanding in my opinion. I am amazed at the vast difference between the Fairbank's O'Reilly's and NP stores. I am always greeted, given the multiple options and get my questions answered. This past weekend I was in this store 3x and it got to be a little comical as clearly I am not as proficient a parts changer as I should be. Art assisted me all 3 times and he is AWESOME! I really appreciated his willingness to help me find the tools and parts I needed to rebuild the front end of my Ford F350... read more
Really lag on service inside the building and when you call if you're worse but they didn't have the parts I needed
