Never have gone anywhere to any parts store such as Auto zone, O Reillys in my life where theres consistent wrong parts given when expressed the right vehicle let alone issue. Bad service let alone incompetent help when it comes to working on a vehicle and rely off computer help which clearly shows nothing but giving wrong parts.
Called ahead of time to confirm a part was in stock before making the 25min drive one way " yup we have 2 in stock".... to be told once I got there that they dont have one in stock and or now cant find the part on the shelf and that they can order me one instead? Notice this is becoming a more common thing at this location. I see why online sales are becoming more popular
Anything automotive this is the place,2nd to none
I just visited O'Reilly in Waupaca and had a Great experience. PATRICIA the store manager helped me pick out the right headlamp for my wife's 2017 Escape. She even installed for me.What Great service!Thanks Again!
