They are incompetent. I ordered a part for my 2006 Mustang GT based on the code that showed up on their diagnostic scan. They ordered the wrong part and I had to return it and wait several more days for the correct part. I would avoid this location.
I was broke down on the side of the road 14 minutes down the road and they would NOT deliver me my part. They told me autozone wouldn't either but I called Autozone and they were more than happy to deliver my part to me AND their part was $50 cheaper! GO TO AUTOZONE instead of this oriellys! Thank you Curt at Autozone!
