Lyman went out of his way today to help my husband and me with our classic car. He was patient and took the time needed to diagnose and fix our issues. Good customer service customer service is hard to find these days, so we recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts in Gonzales.

I would like to Thank Wendy Lopez who works at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Gonzales Texas for taking the time to help me insert Key Batteries into both of my Keys for my Vehicle! Thanks again Wendy you have a great spirit and are so helpful!!
Went into store and was greeted so nicely by staff I couldn't find a item so I had aneesa help me . She was very nice and professional and knew what she was doing! She ended up getting the item I needed and even replaced it on my car for me! Was a big help :) the store was organized and super clean . Definitely will come back if I need something else!
