Customer service sucks at gravette oriellys
Might be time for the hiring manager to go get their eyes checked I have no idea what they see in people like Ryan and Dacoda unacceptable customer service very disappointing
I stopped in this location of O'Reilly's because the battery had died on my car (the battery was 7 years old!) and I needed it replaced. I don't know much about batteries, so initially I just asked for the cheapest one that would work in my vehicle. The employee was friendly, greeted me when I came in, and offered to help right away. He looked up batteries compatible with my car and showed me my options on the screen.
