I stopped in this location of O'Reilly's because the battery had died on my car (the battery was 7 years old!) and I needed it replaced. I don't know much about batteries, so initially I just asked for the cheapest one that would work in my vehicle. The employee was friendly, greeted me when I came in, and offered to help right away. He looked up batteries compatible with my car and showed me my options on the screen. Very disappointing customer service from Ryan.
Absolutely APPALLING customer service from Ryan disgusting behavior
So the check engine light came on while we were out of town in Anderson Missouri. We stop by the parts store and the young man was very friendly and helpful. My job requires me to go to the parts store frequently and usually the guys in my area aren’t very enthusiastic. This young man went above and beyond my expectations.
