I want to give a shout-out to the store staff. I've been there twice. They have excellent customer service. Dave and Robinson are very professional and gave me the best options. I'll definitely come back.
Dave at O'Reilly Auto Parts replaced by brake light bulbs and checked to see if it was the bulbs or bad fuse. He gave me excellent service above and beyond I recommend everyone to go to Dave for auto parts service.
I came into the store today to buy oil for my car. David rang me up at the register and offered to put it in my car. Very polite and Professional. I will definitely be recommending O’Reilly to everyone. Thank You!!!
Went to O'Riellys last week, had a check engine light on. I just asked the gentleman behind the counter if he knew what it could be, he immediately went to my car diagnosed my problem told me the parts to get and where to go to get it fixed. I asked him some questions a whole ago and he was great, o'Riellys is my go to store forever now. They are so different from some of the other parts places of can't wait to get rid of you. With David it's polite, precise, and never condensending. I'Rielly' s good choice on David.
I love this place!! I will only go here for parts or car accessories! The guys who work there are helpful and kind. Today a nice gentleman put in a cabin filter in my car as a courtesy. That is what you call the best service that sadly is not done as often as it should by many places. Thank you!!
