I am using my daughter's account but I recently bought a tool kit when paying I neglected to count the money when I handed it to the employee later I discovered I had overpaid called back got the same employee he was not helpful next day I talked to the manager and basically got called a liar called corporate and they was very helpful as long as I was on the phone needless to say nothing was done about it previous visits went well but it only takes one to ruin it never going back
Staff is always super helpful
I recently visited O'Reilly's for help with a headlight issue, and I was genuinely impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to assist me. Unlike my experience at Napa—where I was told flat-out that they couldn't help or even look under the hood—O'Reilly's team stepped up and made sure I got the support I needed. That kind of customer service goes a long way.
Very friendly and let me use there funnel when I had to add oil to my car
