Shawn was incredibly helpful during our cross country rv trip. The house battery, which runs the air conditioning and generator, was broken. We checked with a lot of places as we were coming into town and no one had the correct deep cycle battery. His only response to our question was “How many do you need”. He was a real lifesaver!
