Terrible customer service sold me the wrong parts on multiple occasions. And then tried to claim it on the Vin number, and it was my mistake. Even though they have incompetent staff working at this location. I would suggest autozone, advanced anywhere else, but O'reilly is in defiance, Ohio. If I could leave a 0 star, I would.
Really nice store, they had to order part. I would have had to make another trip to town for p/u. Part was $4 higher than other stores in town. Polite gentleman waited on me, I will keep them in mind if I need another parts:)
