Always have what I need!!!
This O'Reilly's saved the day. I was having battery problems yesterday around 6 PM. My AAA in Huber was no help closing and Walmart in Huber was no help. Blizzard coming in soon. I was at O'Reilly's when they opened. I have new battery and the guy that opened was great help. I'm 71, and I plan to stay at home in blizzard, but it's good to know my car is good to go if I need it. A load off my mind with bad weather in forecast next 10 days. THANKS GUY THAT OPENED AT O'REILLY's. He got me out of a bad situation.
They usually do not have what I want but they are nice.
The manager Kenny and assistant manager were very helpful with getting me a new battery. Everyone was working hard. Great location. Will be returning for all my auto parts needs :)
I have been to this location several times and today was the last time I will enter this location no matter the convenience. I walked in and no one spoke. As I’m looking for what I needed no one came from behind the counter to help so I googled what I needed . Both associates were not paying any attention to people in the store one was actually sitting on a stool between the parts shelves playing on his phone when I got to the register.
