My battery terminal was corroded badly and would not start after pumping gas on my way to Orlando with my teenagers. We managed to get it to start and went directly to Oreilly to get a new terminal. I noticed Matt zipping around the store to help customers when I walked in. Matt was quick, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. This was our first trip after my husband died unexpectedly in March. Went in today and Mr. John was our tech. He had a positive attitude and he gave us full attention. He even went out of his way to order some gloves for my wife that they didn’t carry. I’m real big on positive people and he’s a positive guy and your company should probably model other employees after him. I hope to do more business with him in the future. Thanks
