Absolutely disgusting customer service and extremely high prices was not impressed
My battery terminal was corroded badly and would not start after pumping gas on my way to Orlando with my teenagers. We managed to get it to start and went directly to Oreilly to get a new terminal. I noticed Matt zipping around the store to help customers when I walked in. Matt was quick, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. This was our first trip after my husband died unexpectedly in March.
