Great people just not that knowledgeable with parts.
Bought an alternator, had it put in car two days later car wouldn't start bought a new battery next day car wouldn't start and I was stuck on the side of the road. Paid $185 to have it towed to KIA in Leesburg alternator was bad. Go back to O'Reilly's get another alternator take it to KIA they call me the next day it's the wrong alternator! Go back to O'Reilly's for a third alternator take it to KIA finally got our car back a week later. So paid two mechanics to install two different alternators and had to have our car towed... read more
They were rude and argumentative with me even though I knew what I needed and they thought they knew better. ** Two years later and Tom reminds me why I don't shop at this store. So unnecessarily rude.
My gratitude to Mr Skyler , forgive my spelling . For Checking my vehicle for a code just because i felt something was wrong ! He helped with a smile and gave me peace of mind ! Thank you !
