Had the best customer service experience from Ayden at O'Reilly here in Union. We came in with an electrical issue and he diagnosed the issue quickly, offered where to get the vehicle serviced and helped get us back on the road. First class all the way! Thank you!
I came back at 8:55 to return a battery. The store was closed but the open sign was on. It looked like they were atill open.The door was locked I was unable to find anyone but at 9:01 a employee came out the back door. I said did yall close a few mins early and he said we always close 5 mins till. I had the employee that waited on me tell me before I left they close at 9. If yall are only open till 8:55 yall should advertise that
