Horrible experience. I came to O’Reilly Auto Parts to have my battery checked and replaced, a service they advertise as free since I don’t know how to do it myself. The employee at the counter said he couldn’t help because he was the only one in the store. Really? Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Never again. I’ll be going to AutoZone instead.
I had a great experience today 10/10/2025 at O'REILLY on McLean and Wing Street. Josh, Roman and Jose took great care of me and my car. They replaced the battery and license plate light bulbs.
