I had to drive all the way across town to O'Reilly's just to find the type of transmission fluid that I actually needed of course O'Reilly's always have what I need if not they will order it
We keep getting messed up parts, and we had to return a control arm today for the right side when we ordered a left control arm and i called because also the wheel bearing broke with hardly any pressure during a professional installation and when i called the lady accused us of returning the old LEFT control arm when they gave us the wrong RIGHT control arm. We wont be going here anymore. And we will not purchase any parts anymore because all of them end up messed up or the wrong ones. I dont appreciate being wrongly accused... read more
Called and ordered a window regulator over night. Was not told there was 2 different ones drove and got it came home and it was wrong. Called them they said that they had the otheone in stock. Drove over 20 miles back and was lied to becouse they did not have it in stock. I will never be back. O'Reilly needs to train someone. 30 dollars of gas gone alone with my time.
