One of the nicest young men really went above and beyond today helping me out with troubleshooting and trying to resolve my issues with the headlamps and electrical problems with my 2002 GMC Sierra 1500. Brittiney the manager, went above and beyond to help me. I purchased a new taillight bulb and tried to install it on my own at home. I was unable to change on my own and returned to the store. Brittiney was very kind and quickly jumped in to change it and even offered to replace the other taillight. She was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.
