WOW!!! I had my drivers side headlight go out and searched where to take my car to get this fixed. O’Reilly Auto Parts appeared in my search, and I took my car there. Such wonderful, unexpected, and courteous employees. Nathan fixed my light and with such knowledge and confidence. He was great! I left a very happy customer and will surely go to O’Reilly’s for any future car needs!
This was my first visit to O Reilly. Justin was extremely helpful and swapped out a front beam bulb in my car which saved me time and energy.
Nathan went above and beyond. Seriously appreciate him a ton. Only thing was he didn't tell me I had to take my rotors off before I came in to fix my light bulb.
I needed help with multiple issues with my car. The knowledge these guys have is incredible. Thank you Nathan and Justin for going above and beyond.
The gentleman I worked with was perfectly courteous. However, I called to ask about the cost of having my rotors resurfaced, and he gave me a quote. I said, "That sounds great, I'll head over." I went to this location because the Tigard location (I live in Tigard) said it was the one with a machine that could resurface rotors. I drove thirty minutes there, only to be told in the shop that I had to remove the rotors myself to have them resurfaced.
