Nicest guys with top notch customer service. They took care of me with a weird exchange and have been nothing but professional and helpful. This is definitely my new auto parts store.

I had a wonderful experience with Nathan where he went above and beyond installing new fog lights into my vehicle. He was patient, kind, professional, and was determined to troubleshoot my issues. I wish all customer service folks would be has helpful as Nathan!

Nathan at the McLoughlin store is THE BEST!! I needed headlights and brake lights replaced and saw online that O’Reilly’s does them. They were pretty busy but Nathan said he could help me, no problem. He was very kind, professional and fast! Best customer service! Thanks Nathan.
