Had to get a new battery close to closing time. Staff was very willing to help and very polite. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing help.
I needed a headlight bulb for my 2014 Chevy. I usually have to wait for several days till a family member is available to install them for me. However, tonight, Nicholas went above and beyond. After selling me a good pair of replacement bulbs he installed the low beam light with no issues at all. I am very grateful! Thank you, Nicholas and O’Reilly for your quick easy service!
Just dropping a shout out for Aidan! Young man did an outstanding job during my last visit. My low beam headlight was out, Aidan made sure he had the right part, then went outside (in the rain!) and installed it for me (at closing time!). Kudos to Aidan and O'Reilly Auto Parts for such outstanding customer service!
