Great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I stopped in to grab some windshield washer fluid and an air freshener, and everything was easy to find. The store was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Quick and easy trip with great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
Picked up 1 gallon of motor oil on sale with free filter. This was september12. Clerk rang it up and said it didn't come with free filter. Put it back on shelf and took the price label back to clerk and it did show it was on sale.desided to go else where. Posted prices need to match the register.
Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. I was there getting my old battery tested, as well as waiting for the new battery to be delivered, and noticed how attentive the staff was to not just myself but other patrons also. They are efficient and exhibited a great example of how well a team is supposed to run a store. My associate, Angel, also deserves kudos for assisting me with my vehicle’s battery. The young man who helped us had the personality of a soup spoon. Barely spoke and when we checked out he just handed over the receipt and that was it. No “thank you”, no “have a good day”, not even a “screw you”! How do you go through life as such a dullard? How did he get past the interview process? I bet it was like talking to your couch cushion?
