Kevin provided terrible customer service and treated me with clear racial bias. Unacceptable behavior.
Kevin was so helpful! He helped us diagnose a problem that a dealership didn't. We wont buy parts from anywhere else!
If you aren't going to have people to help find wiper blades, have books so we can look it up ourselves. They more more intent on sweeping the floor. I walked out.
