Only 1 person working in the store at 3:45 pm on a Wednesday so unable to install windshield wipers even though they advertised free installation with purchase. Poor customer service!
Went in and paid $200 cash for some parts. I just spent $1500 in cash at the same store the day prior. On top of the extra $200. I didn’t end up needing the $200 dollar worth of parts so I tried to return them, just to be told they don’t have the cash to do my return. And they can’t guarantee it won’t happen again the next day. The “manager” solution was to give me a gift card or mail me a check 🤣 sad excuse for a manager. I paid in cash, that’s what I want back.
