This location really sucks. Employees are always rude. Every other location has good customer service.
Ethan is a great worker and was really helpful.
Went there to drop used oil , ask the lady and she said it’s full, I told her they should put a sign that it says used oil tank is full. Outside saw another employee and I ask if he’s the managers and told me the lady inside and she’s alone so I guess she just doesn’t want to deal with it. Now if I buy parts I just go to Pomona branch, employees there are very helpful.
I had a great experience getting my battery tested and serviced by Chevy. He was patient when helping and also reviewed all of my battery options for replacement.
