It really baffles me when employees treat you like you're being a nuisance just in the fact that you're coming in to buy something. I came in because I was told that I had a bad battery when getting it tested at Autozone in the same plaza area. They didn't have the battery I needed and recommended me to try this place. It was my first time at O'Reilly. I already knew that I wanted a 4 year warranty battery. Every time I call I get put on hold then I am forgotgon about.. last week i called and I was on hold 35 min before I hung up and had to call back.. 1 week prior it was 25 min. Last night i did an online order and never received my responce, letting me know my part was ready. So I had to call to find out if the part is ready at 10 min to closing.
