Every time I call I get put on hold then I am forgotgon about.. last week i called and I was on hold 35 min before I hung up and had to call back.. 1 week prior it was 25 min. Last night i did an online order and never received my responce, letting me know my part was ready. So I had to call to find out if the part is ready at 10 min to closing. I had to haul but to get there before they closed... My part was supposed to come with an O Ring and it did not have an o ring.. Customer service has been getting worse every where, ... read more

The staff was friendly and welcoming. They had the parts that I needed in stock along with several options.
We had the best service this evening from Carlos and Chevy. Chevy was very helpful with my friend's truck. She had issues with the headlights turning on and off. He popped open the hood and discovered that the new bulbs were defective. Meanwhile Carlos helped me with my rear license plate holder. One screw was stripped and I was unable to use the pretty screw covers. He not only suggested the replacement screws, he also replaced the existing screws with the new ones.
