I had a very good experience at this Chino Hills location. I previously bought a headlight bulb for my car at another location (Chino), but they would not install it. On the website, it advertises as free bulb installation with purchase. I drove here, and an employee here(Chino Hills)kindly installed it for me. I really appreciated the help and the customer service. Now I need to replace my brake light bulbs, and because of that positive experience, I plan to come back to this Chino Hills location and shop here from now on. ... read more
Joe was pretty nice and helpful, came for an issue with switching my license plate border and he helped me pick out new screws and installed for me.
This location really sucks. Employees are always rude. Every other location has good customer service.
Ethan is a great worker and was really helpful.
