I went to this O’Reilly location on Sunday to order a turbocharger for my vehicle. I was told they first had to submit a request for approval, and that once it was approved I would need to come back to the store in person to place the order. The next day, they called me and said they were unable to order the part after all. When I asked why, they couldn’t provide a clear explanation. My Heroes!!! My battery died a few houses down from the store. I had no idea how to change the battery after getting a new under warranty bat ter -.y. The manager, DJ, allowed one of the workers to come down and pull it on for me. Thank you so much Cody for saving my life!
Sunday 5/24/26 at 12:45pm-12:52pm Collins location.I walked in to buy ac Freon for my truck I walked around couldn't find it. Then I asked . Group of employees were standing right there and replied, "duh idiot, it's right in front of you". I just walked out before I lost my cool. I think asking for help shouldn't be met with a disrespectful comment. You guys are in the business of helping customers. I think I'll be going to AutoZone from now on because of your disrespectful employees.
