High prices for junk parts so many new in box defects

Well if we were gong of my first trip I would give it a 10/10 a gentleman with curly blond hair (wish I got his name) was helping me for a decent bit of time trying to find a water pump and thermostat for my old dodge. That went fantastic. Went back only couple hours later and was “helped” by a diffrent man, the man whose name I made sure to get when he told me he was the store manager. I couldn’t even get to the ordering my parts because whoever is working on Winthrop st today apparently doesn’t want to be there I called them they hung up on me after saying hello I called back The guy answers Hello I said is this oh Reilly auto parts he says I guess I am in shock at the terrible customer service and made him aware that I would be calling somewhere else due to his customer service skills Very rude I just needed brake pads I can’t say I will ever be back to that location I have always used the one on broadwa... read more
