Absolutely worst group of individuals I've ever met. They don't even understand basic tune ups. Manager or so she said was the least knowledgeable of the group. I will never be back.
I would give zero or negative if I could. Manager seems occupied with anything but helping customers. Walked around store for over ten minutes without seeing anyone, finally people came out of the back laughing and cutting up. I finally got the attention of a young lady that said she was the manager. I was astonished by the fact she knew nothing about cars and didn't seem to care to help. I left and will never be back.
Went in today for a simple air filter only to be treated like I was a bother for interrupting the employee's conversation. I finally did get some for me of help but Manager, I think her name was Jennifer was very rude and condescending.
This was at one time an amazing store. I'm not sure what has happened, but if the manager has time to show her bare chest to her employees and not notice customers, there is a definite problem. I absolutely will not be back.
This was a great place to go at one time. I'm not sure what the issue is now, but new faces and no one seems to understand parts or more importantly, customer service. I will drive completely out of my way never to go to this store again.
