I placed an order online and received an email confirming that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, the clerk spent about ten minutes searching for the item before informing me that the order hadn’t actually been delivered yet and would arrive the next day. No apology was offered. When I asked what time it would be ready, the clerk simply repeated that it would be available the next morning.
Keon Palmer is the type of person u want to employee. I was coming from Gulf Shores to Huntsville and broke down in Montgomery. I was able to get to O'Reillys but no further. Keon was 20 minutes from getting off work and went to another store 20 miles away to get the part I needed so I could repair my truck. This guy absolutely went above and beyond for me. A guy like Keon should be in a corporate office some where. Not selling auto parts. Great guy!!! Thank You Keon Palmer!!!
