Lady who waited on me was very helpful, but there was one other lady sitting on a merchandise box mashing it in, and couldn't even be bothered to say hi.
During my recent visits, I’ve consistently observed one newer employee working diligently at the counter, going above and beyond to assist customers and ensure everyone is taken care of. He is often the only team member actively helping, while others appear disengaged despite being assigned to the counter.
