I asked a Tall old white man at the counter where to pit my coolant in my car yesterday and he came outside and happily pointed to the wrong spot. I will not recommend you go to a car part shop where they know very little about cars like here. I think thats my last time going there.
Needed a battery, was going to purchased a 4 years warranty battery for $249 plus taxes. I was told they do not installed battery in your vehicle. Therefore, I took my business to Advance Auto Part, a few buildings down the road. Wake up and stop being lazy and help your customers better with services. There are two more auto parts locations in walking distance (Advance Auto and Auto Zone). How long do you think not offer customers services with small things after purchased will keep your business successful?
