The new store manger named Maddy was wonderful! She was extremely busy but took the time to help my son with his battery! The connection was having issues and she very polite the whole way through! About year ago came by there for a battery! They were rude and refuse to help me in anyway! I really love the new atmosphere and Maddy was awesome
I went by O'REILLY looking for a part for my car. The cashier Madison whom I was very impressed by her knowledge about car parts. She deserves a bonus & promotion. Madison is an excellent work and she is great asset to the O'REILLY Corporation.
We love oreillys customer service we were given today by Robert. He’s very knowledgeable, experienced , he explained to us in detail what we wanted to know, got what we needed for our truck, super helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to help us. And that he did. We went to Advance Auto 2 days prior and bought nothing from them because of their no willingness to care to help. But Oreillys as always goes over and beyond. Robert did that .
