During my recent visits, I’ve consistently observed one newer employee working diligently at the counter, going above and beyond to assist customers and ensure everyone is taken care of. He is often the only team member actively helping, while others appear disengaged despite being assigned to the counter. I was just in this store about an hour ago, and a very kind young man named "Zeke" helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm not the brightest when it comes to car parts and whatnot but he was able to answer every question I had. He was very patient with me and spoke kindly to me as if I were a person, not just a sale. I will be returning here for all my automotive needs in the future
Great place, great management, all in all a great place to be
I went in here and asked for help finding blinker fluid and the young ladies there just laughed at me and told me to let them know when I find it. Like isn’t the whole purpose of an auto parts store to help the customer find the parts??? Seems to me employees would rather laugh at customers than help them.
