Absolutely terrible customer service in store. Used to go there at least 1 time a week and spend 100 or more. Now will never go to another oreilly again. The women who is apparently the manager as I was trying to return merchandise with another employee completely disrespectful, left merchandise there then called and told me it was returned to my card and hung up on me. Will never return and will tell everyone I know not to go.
Tabby and Kevin are fantastic! They went above and beyond to diagnose my car troubles, get me the right parts, and get me back on the road. Highly recommend!
Thank you to the manager Tabby in Rockton for going way above and beyond. Starter went out on my 2000 Dodge 3500 turbo diesel this morning I called she ordered the part for me, had it delivered in 2 hrs then even picked me up to return the core and pay for the new starter. Then dropped me back off at home. Installed in 15 min. Much appreciated!!!!
