I have used this O'Reilly's location multiple times. Great staff and easy pick-ups without any hassle.
Absolute waste of time. I called in advance to see if they could look up an order without a receipt because I left it at home, I was coming from work and the store is 2 miles away from my house. I was told they could. I spent the time to go to the store not to be helped for at least 10 minutes as the store manager, assistant manager and at least 1 other employee were walking around the store with a line of customers building. Dealership didnt have part. Napa didnt, no one local had it and said they couldn't get it. O'Reilly order it and had it next day by 730. My go to parts store for now on. Nice and polite counter people to.
