Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I never feel like I need to come behind the counter and look it up myself. They definitely know an alternator from a tie rod.
I give O’Reillys business for 5 years $80.000 just this year 2025 thay charge me 2 times for the same part after I talk to manager for 30 minutes than he told me at was mistake $1.230 has been 1 month since this happened and nobody gives shit thanks, God we have another choice AutoZone
