Nothing bad and nothing special. Ordered the parts and picked them up. There waiting. All good.
The staff here are either unknowledgeable on their services and equipment or are just flat out lazy, probably a combination of both. Stopped in during what I guess was employee socialization hour and was rudely told that “the scan won’t work if you don’t have a check engine light on.” It’s common knowledge that an OBD-II scan tool can detect stored diagnostic trouble codes even if the check engine light isn't illuminated.
