I went there to have my battery tested for my motorcycle. After waiting for quite a while the manager told me that they cannot test that type of battery or it will blow up. I brought it across the street to Autozone , and they were able to do it with no explosions. O'reilly needs to figure out whats what. IMO they just couldn't be bothered.
best auto store location i’ve been to primarily because of john man really knows his stuff and doesn’t waste your time saved me so much time when all other stores were saving id hav to wait highly recommend just off my experience with that one employee!
Came in for a truck battery on the hottest day of the year, Jacob tested it and offered to replace it right there without a prompt. A/C cranking inside and he got me fixed up quick outside. Massive value from this young man, got it done in short time and was happy to help. Can't beat this kind of customer service and care. Will be making this my go to for parts in town from now on.
