I had a fantastic experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Tony! I stopped in needing help with a stubborn windshield wiper, and Tony went above and beyond to assist me. Not only was he knowledgeable and quick to help, but he was also incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine these days. Tony turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I left with a smile (and working wipers!). Thank you Tony, you truly went the extra mile!
Adam was so helpful with helping me buy a new car battery at an affordable price and then replacing it in the lot. He ran some codes on my car to see if I should consider any other work but let me know I was all good. I will absolutely be back.
