Employees talking outside of the front door with their buddies, blocking your way in. Acting as if your the problem For being there. Don't care that your a customer walking in. Music so loud when you walk in you can't even talk to the cashier/employee at the counter.
Friendly and very helpful staff. They charged and tested my battery... even though I'm a dirty weirdo in a kilt returning from Burning Man.
These guys ROCK
O'Reilly's staff member made a great suggestion as we were trying to figure out why the check engine light and other lights stayed on after an incident that happens while travelling from Idaho to California! He helped us disconnect and reconnect the battery, which totally solved our problems. Just incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I've found that at other O'Reilley's too. They seem to hire the best, and I've always found the parts I needed too for great prices!!! I highly recommend.
