O'Reilly's staff member made a great suggestion as we were trying to figure out why the check engine light and other lights stayed on after an incident that happens while travelling from Idaho to California! He helped us disconnect and reconnect the battery, which totally solved our problems. Just incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I've found that at other O'Reilley's too. They seem to hire the best, and I've always found the parts I needed too for great prices!!! I highly recommend.
Very helpful with advice, diagnostics, and sharing tools to help us with our problems.
The employees didn't do anything wrong but how can you not offer a tool rental program when AutoZone does that's pretty lame
