Came in to get a code read on my car and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by an employee named Thomas or something along those lines yelling and cussing out a young group of kids. If I’m not mistaken he said he was the manager on duty and mentioned trespassing them. Not really sure what provoked him to do such a thing but that is a good way to lose business. Orileys customer care has gone out the window, my friend went in a two weeks ago to order a strut replacement for her vehicle, they told her it would be at the store within the next week and they would call us when it came in, that week goes by and we stop in to see if said part was there and they didn't even order it 🤬
Me and my friend were coming down from upstate and had gotten stuck for 14 hrs when we were able to finally get some help from a great employee named Thompson he helped us with all the tools we needed checked up on us through his whole shift while we worked in their parking lot and was able to fix our car we are thankful to Thompson and the staff for all the help to get us to where we need HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
