I was on a road trip with a van full of kids when all the sudden I couldn't accelerate past 30 mph. I had tried to get some help from a well-rated auto shop nearby, explained the urgency and that I was only passing through, only to be told that they were booked for two weeks and suggested I could wait. How did Doug make it to management position? Bad customer service ever never going back here again yall lost a customer if my car breaks down in front of this store I will walk to a different place to buy my part anywhere else but this location I hope upper management can see this and really talk to Doug worse person ever
