The store manager Kari was the absolute sweetest to me. She heard my personal crisis and how I needed rotors and moved mountains to get them to me on time. She was an absolute angel and deserves a raise and all the praise a company could give.
Mark.. you helped me and my coworker so much today! The lugnuts and more. Had to give a shout-out! Never going back to advanced auto. Kids there know nothing!
Incredibly helpful staff and friendly staff. I had both low and high beams out and while working on them, my battery failed. They tried to charge it, tried to jump start, but the battery was just too old. They helped with the replacement and lent tools needed. I never felt alone and their neighborly service is very much appreciated!! Very fair prices too!
Review: Disappointed by Poor Customer Service After a Great Start I ordered wiper blades for my SUV on 8/8/25, and the young lady who helped me at that time was absolutely pleasant and professional.
