Anderson provided exceptional customer service at this location! When visiting Dallas over Labor Day weekend, my daughter’s car wouldn’t start and had to be jumped. We called O’Reilly’s and Anderson was very helpful and informative over the phone. When we arrived, he offered to install the battery for us, and he was very quick to complete the job at no additional cost! All-in-all, the courtesy, kindness and efficiency Anderson provided was amazing. Thank you, Anderson!
