I wanted to give a shoutout to Mr. Chuy the Manager. Mr. Chuy is the most charismatic, honest and helpful person I’ve encountered in the automotive world. He helped me replace a headlight bulb after previously having a mechanic at a shop tell me I’d cost me an hour worth of labor because allegedly they’d have to disassemble the hole headlight to do it. I went to the new AutoZone down the street and they said they couldn’t replace my car battery. I went to O’Reilly and they replaced it right away with no issues. Chuy and Anderson were wonderful and very accommodating for a girl that knows nothing about cars!
Always 1 person working so plan on spending half the day waiting to check out
