Took my elderly neighbors car in, to get a new battery put in his jeep- the employee was so helpful, I went back the next day & pd to get one for my car, as I had needed a jump start that morning. I had no idea mine was still under warranty until they pointed it out. The Mgr. and his team went above & beyond & I will be a steady customer from now on. I will definitely recommend O'Reillys, in California, Mo.
Staff had zero desire in helping me.....felt like I was a problem for them to help...
