I went in and the woman names Casey blatantly ignored me standing there to have a conversation complaining about another employee and as another customer came is she immediately gave her attention. Thankfully her coworker st the time was alot more professional and picked up where she was slacking and being rude. Thank you.
We had received the wrong part and lost the receipt. They just looked up our account by phone number and there it was. Got it resolved and out the door.
My experience was awful! The middle aged redhead woman must have woke up on the wrong side of then bed. Let’s not forget to mention the smell of her perfume gave me a headache instantly. She’s extremely unhelpful with very simple Questions. Then proceeded to laugh and mumble under her breath “it’s a 2001” when I didn’t want to order the parts to that store.
