This store has great people !!!! The whole team was great ! A young lady who in conversation mentioned she was from Kentucky. Was over the top knowledgeable & helpful
Guy at the register had an attitude. Came to pick up pre-ordered parts that were paid in full. He mistakenly only gave me one part as opposed to the two. He was upset I corrected him, because the computer in front of him didn't show the part that was missing. Tried to show him the receipt and he gave me smart response as if it was my mistake for not showing the receipt in the first place. He even tried to charge me twice for a coke I bought. Needs to be trained for better customer service.
Every time I visited this place it was always great customer service! The manager is very friendly and helpful! SHE IS THE GREATEST!!!!
Absolutely the best team I’ve ever dealt with in an auto parts store. A big shout out to Miss Brenda For going out and beyond to help me the other day. Thank you so much
