Great parts store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. . Good quality name brand auto parts. Large selection of car car products.
12-volt car battery was going bad, so needed battery, starter and alternator testing. Savin was great. He worked with us right away and diagnosed a bad battery. All other systems were good. He removed the bad battery and replaced the new one for us at no extra charge. Fast, professional and friendly service. Love O’Reilly’s. They always have what I need.
I’m an old man so I remember how auto parts stores were back in the 1900s. They were knowledgeable and helpful. That is not the case in most places today. In most places today, all they can tell you is what they are able to find on a computer. I’ve been to this auto parts store twice and they are very helpful. Their not very helpful especially if you are female.
The manager helped me with finding the correct wiper blades for my Honda Odyssey. He physically went to the aisle and grabbed the correct sizes. I had a question about by lightbulb harness that I couldn’t figure out. He walked outside, even though it was raining , with me to see what the issue was. He instructed what was needed to get the lightbulbs off the harness. I thanked him and was about to leave. He then said he could put on the wipers for me if I wanted.
