The manager, Martin, was a PHENOMENAL help! Some of the best customer service anyone could ever imagine!
Bought a battery from them it went bad I know because I tested it properly took it to them and was informed I had to wait for them to attempt to charge it and tell me what I already knew so they could replace it under warranty. Don’t use their crappy brand of batteries just go get a good brand. I think I’ll use another company for parts from now on. Napa seems to value my time and has better customer service.
I was told this store had my part for my daily driver so I call to verify and they had told me they did have it so I limp my busted cherokee there just to find out they dont have it.. the employees are usless and lazy they even appeard to be aswell
