Bought a new car for my son, was transporting it back to Iowa had an issue with it not running well. Abby was very helpful and pleasant. Offered her help and helped to get me all the tools I needed to fix the part in the parking lot, She truly was a hero And came to the rescue for son‘s new car! She deserves a raise!
My car would not start outside a medical clinic after hours. I called a couple shops, but no one answered because it was after 5:00. I called O’Reilly and asked if someone there could help me out. A wonderful man named Everett not only came to where I was, he brought me a new battery and installed it right there in the freezing cold!
